First Smart Condo

In 2017, Habitap developed Singapore’s first Smart Building Solution, setting the stage for a new digital realm for urban smart living in the city-state.
Diversified Portfolio / Extensive Portfolio

Habitap currently manages 15 buildings of Grade A offices with a total of 10 million sq. ft. of net lettable area with over 100,000 users, as well as 13 home projects with a total of 8,000 home units.
Technology Pioneer

Habitap pioneered the use of HID Mobile access for turnstiles at DUO Tower and Marine One in Singapore. We also developed MySphere – Singapore’s first mobile app to connect businesses, residents and visitors across two integrated developments.

Amber 45

Habitap has enabled Amber 45 to be one of Singapore’s first voice-activated homes, integrating voice-activated functions with the Habitap mobile app to provide convenience.

The Garden Residences

Residents enjoy Habitap’s most smart-enabled home to date. Homeowners can also use the app to control and automate their water heater to suit usage patterns and save energy.
