Yes, both hardware and credential from Habitap ONE can be installed and used in parallel with existing intercom systems and access control systems. Habitap will install relevant signages with instructions how to use our system.

Habitap ONE provides an option for you to program your existing physical access cards with Habitap ONE ‘s 2-in-1 QR code reader which also reads physical cards. All you need to do is to update our portal with the existing card physical card numbers according to the user profiles. Once it is updated, you can start using your physical cards within minutes.

It depends on the condition of existing system and no. of access-controlled points/doors. We would require a site recce or site survey prior to provide an estimated installation timeline. As a rule of thumb, installationeach door should take no more than 4 hours. Did we also mention that we will take the opportunity to refresh all your door hardware such as the EM locks and Push buttons to give the entrance a refreshed look?

For your home property, Habitap ONE’s subscription includes a comprehensive warranty program. In fact, we will always replace your hardware without question and will install the latest models to constantly ensure you have the updated technology for as long as your subscription is in place. Our comprehensive warranty includes all parts and labour which means you will not incur any cost other than your subscription fee.

For your office property, we give you the option of adding on comprehensive warranty. This option is very attractive and we encourage you to take it up. We will always replace your hardware without question and will install the latest models to constantly ensure you have the updated technology for as long as your subscription is in place. Our comprehensive warranty includes all parts and labour which means you will not incur any cost other than your subscription fee.

Habitap ONE provides two highly secured credentials in the form of HID’s mobile access or a Habitap dynamic QR code.

HID Mobile Access is a software based, form factor agnostic credential technology, which delivers the highest level of security and privacy protection available for access control. HID is part of Assa Abloy, the largest security company in the world. Our Habitap ONE mobile App goes through a rigorous testing and certification process with HID prior to its release for your use.

The Habitap dynamic QR code is built on years of experience with digital access control. The dynamic QR changes constantly to prevent abuse and can only be read by our QR readers.

Should you decide to end your subscription, Habitap will work with you on a transition plan to remove all the installed hardware and ensure a seamless transition for your users.

Habitap’s comprehensive warranty program will take care of all damaged hardware from regular wear and tear. Outside of wear and tear, for example a case of abuse. Habitap For home properties, the plan comes with a comprehensive warranty, which covers all hardware replacement and labour cost. For office properties, the labour costs for replacement is free for those who have opted for the comprehensive warranty. All you need to do is to pay for the Hardware.

Most hardware, if used in a regular way, will require little to no maintenance. For added peace of mind. Habitap will conduct bi annual hardware inspection to ensure your hardware is always running in tip top shape. We also have a monitoring system which constantly monitors and does a health check on remotely. Should we spot a fault. Habitap ONE offers you the flexibility to mix and match the number and type of credential to suit your needs.
